    We offer compassionate, evidence-based bulk-billing psychological services for clients with Bernie, our experienced psychologist. Psychotherapeutic support can occur alongside TMS treatment to support enhanced outcomes with our industry partner TMS Hubb. In collaboration with Eunity Ltd, we provide additional counselling support from our team of experienced mental health nurses and final year counselling and psychology students. These students are supervised by seasoned professionals in our team. We deliver a multidisciplinary and holistic approach, collaborating with you to enhance your health journey toward a better quality of life.

  2. What is TMS and how does it relate to your services?
    Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an effective non-invasive treatment for depression. Our industry partner TMS Hubb offers TMS treatment, while we provide counseling services to individuals undergoing TMS, supporting their mental and emotional well-being throughout the process.

  3. What is transitional mental health care, and who is it for?
    Transitional mental health care helps individuals move from acute health services, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers, into community-based care. This service is available for clients who may benefit from additional support as they adjust to life changes or recover from significant health events.

  1. Do you offer in-person consultations?

    Yes, we offer both in-person and online consultations to ensure that you receive the most suitable care for your needs.

  3. What should I expect during my first session?

    During your first session, we’ll take time to understand your needs and establish a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach to your care. We’ll work together to discuss your goals and develop a personalised treatment plan.

  1. What are your fees and do you accept health insurance?
    We offer bulk-billed psychological services for clients with an eligible GP mental health care plan, Workcover, and DVA benefits. We also accept private health insurance and offer private billing at affordable rates. TMS Hubb has its own fee structure, but they also provide bulk-billed TMS treatment for eligible clients. Referrals & Eligibility

  1. Do I need a referral to access your services?
    A referral from your GP is required to access bulk-billed psychological and counseling services or bulk-billed TMS treatment through Medicare. A GP mental health care plan is necessary for accessing bulk-billed psychology services, while a GP referral is needed for TMS treatment for eligible clients.   2. Are your services available to people who live outside the area?
    Yes, we offer telehealth psychology and counseling support for those outside the area. However, TMS treatment must be conducted in person at one of our clinics.
